      Great pay and bonus structure. If you show initiative you'll excel and be promoted quickly. Company does listen to feedback and you have the flexibility to change your career and location when you want to.

      Cons

      Some projects are not properly staffed and senior management has acknowledged this and said they are working on it but this will lead to long hours and make you feel stressed.
