Pros: Great opportunity - They give you a-lot of work to manage. You will learn alot. Diverse company - Different backgrounds Ownership opportunities - growth opportunities.
Cons
Cons: Horrible on-boarding / training process - It's completely unstructured and chaotic Soft Skills: Management fails to connect with team. You don't see too much engagement from them unless it's happy hour. Figure it out style - Although I have honestly grown from learning on my own with little to no help, it honestly creates a stressful and unappreciated environment.
