Pros

The job is easy to learn and management does a good job training you for the position in which you were hired for.

Cons

The turn around of this position is extremely high. People come in and usually quit after the first few days of working. Only people that have worked there for years work in this department. Recruitment and Managers conducting interviews are very deceiving when they disclose the work schedule before and during the interview process. They fail to tell you that you will never have weekends or holidays off, and tell you which 8 hour shift you will have but once hired, they tell you that you'll work 12+ hours per night with still only 2 days off during the week. The pay is decent however, the amount of work you do and the hours they work you, the pay should definitely be more. If you are single or don't have any friends or family that you want to spend time with then this job is good for you. People with families and children will find it extremely difficult to work here because there is no balance.

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
