Pros

AMAZING opportunity to earn an uncapped income. Culture is key to the success of the contact center and being able to have a FUN and EXCITED team to learn from. Quick and easy application process and welcoming training team. Opportunities are created based on the production of the teams. With advancement within the contact center there is always a chance to explore growth within the company itself.

Cons

If you don't work you won't earn. Leaders on the floor don't take full advantage of the talent they are provided. Always opportunity for leadership to grow in order to help their teams excel. Interview process would be more efficient if allowed to interview face to face with leadership team. Candidates don't always respond well to a virtual interview and it is difficult to show true talent with only 7 quick answer. (No real room for personality in a video)

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
