This place is deeply in the hole and you will be required to make up for shortfalls you had nothing to do with. Management thinks nothing of screaming at you because they feel like it. Owners are a non-entity and they should be on site at least a bit to provide guidance. You will just be told do this today and the next day be told to do the opposite.
