Pros

Education and learning opportunities, good pay, decent line level staff. It was a good opportunity to make contacts in the business community.

Cons

Rapid turnover (you will eventually be fired or worn down to quitting), unbelievably incompetent management, hostile environment, poor goal setting (contradictory goals). This place is deeply in the hole and you will be required to make up for shortfalls you had nothing to do with. Management thinks nothing of screaming at you because they feel like it. Owners are a non-entity and they should be on site at least a bit to provide guidance. You will just be told do this today and the next day be told to do the opposite. If you like chasing your tail, this is the place for you.

Pros

So much downtime to whatever you want. Especially as a college student, I could do all my homework at work, and since I workout and play basketball, I could literally exercise there too. I was playing games on my laptop, switch, xbox, all at work because it was so chill and such an easy job.

Cons

Pay is not that good because you're not doing much work. Not really opportunity for growth unless you move to a different and nicer hotel.
