Cons
Management expects you to do 6-10 loads of laundry while doing all your frobt desk duties and cleaning the hotel and making breakfast. The employee retention rate is horrible because they barely pay over minimum wage even for third shift. Management is always piling on new tasks to their employees with no recognition for the work they're doing already. Managers give themselves every weekend off but barely let associates have a weekend off. No opportunity for advancement.
