Unethical Business Practices - Hotel Manager Holiday Inn Express Employee Review

Ownership did not live in the area, however they micromanaged even from several states away. What was requested of me as a Hotel Manager was extremely unethical and just wrong. In order to maintain an IHG hotel, our reviews were to be at a certain level. Ownership would have staff remove email addresses from actual hotel guests to prevent them from getting a review & would create fake accounts in which their friends/family would complete reviews. I also had trouble getting vendors to work with me as ownership simply would not pay invoices. For example, I had to switch pool vendors 2-3 times during the time I worked there as bills were not paid.
