Pros
Consistent responsibilities, friendly employees - management is both competent and considerate. As a night auditor you're here by yourself so it's great for getting homework done. The guests are mostly regulars so everyone's respectful of each other. Traditional part-time health benefits. Paid training. Uniform shirts are provided (if that's a pro for you).
Cons
It's a customer service job so you'll occasionally deal with unruly guests. Schedule isn't consistent and the job is not something you'll be doing full time if that's what you're looking for. 11pm - 7am isn't for everyone and can wreck your circadian rhythm, especially if you have morning trainings in the same week.
