individual work, bi weekly attendance bonus,great perks- free breakfast, employee discount room program, clean establishment, owner performs all maintenance timely and best as possible
Cons
Inconsistent work end times based on hotel capacity can be awful work/life balance at times. Poor wages with no training incentive program. Communication from interview vs actual hours were completely ignored which can create conflict later. No pay raises for more positions trained, no recruitment bonus.
