Horrendous leadership - Housekeeper Holiday Inn Express Employee Review

Extreme unprofessionalism, blatant racism, and lack of leadership skills plagued my experience working here. The GM assumed because I’m white that I would allow her to say racist things about my coworkers and show obvious favoritism toward me. I shut that down very fast and was punished for it until I was pushed into quitting. I found it fun to meet people from different countries here on work visa but found they were paid less than me which also angered me!
