Great Employees, Great times with good people

Cons

I resigned- Employer places zero value on employee families: My daughter had a visit planned for 2 months. At the last minute they create "mandatory work" on the weekend of the visit and zero consideration is given to my normal time off- come in or get points. Demonstrated- there are no scenarios where the family of an employee is given consideration. Not the kind of place I want to work.
