Pros

Benefits (health, 401k) Great people Challenging work

Cons

Management/Upper management being disconnected from the various tech support sites, for the multiple brands serviced. Compensation is not nearly competitive enough for work/knowledge required. Go get 20$+ an hour at any other call center/tech support center, and you will be better off. Quick to lay off or furlough, no loyalty to employees. Raises are minimal. COLA raises at best. Don't even ask for more, you won't get it.

The ELT is coming around to ideas and listening more and more to the voice of the customer. New additions to leadership are greatly improving the business and gaining market share.

Cons

Growing pains from some heritage, old way of thinking, members.
