Pros
Good pay, benefits, friendly bosses, understanding when you need to take days off. Plenty of water to drink. Decent air circulation. Opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Monotonous, meaningless work as expected. Absolutely sweltering for most of the year. Expect temperatures around 96°F for weeks at a time. Taking paid days off is simple and easy, but you will definitely need them. I got tendonitis in my ankles a few times as well as other repetitive motion pain. But those are probably just expected for this type of job. Maintenance could use a LOT of work. Higher-ups don't fix anything until it becomes a big problem or someone gets hurt. Don't work here if you have a vagina. Zerman will try to tap it, even though he has a wife, a son, and a new baby. Socializing here isn't largely for you unless you're of a particular persuasion. I only talked to, like, five people out of the entire warehouse. The rumor mill is insatiable, and it could cost you your job. Really more of a 2.5/5, but there is no option for that.
