Good benefits, employee discounts, decent pay

Cons

Upper management is so disconnected from anything that happens in the day to day operations. They make calls and play with peoples careers with little knowledge of what's actually going on. Those that are loyal to corporate get the furthest, instead of promoting and rewarding those that have the skills and talent to succeed.
