Pros

Cool products for gear heads and motorsports enthusiasts. Working with people from the field and having the opportunity to learn is great.

Cons

Constant change in direction from executive leadership. Ineffective business practices and outdated internal systems make "moving the needle" or even doing your job more difficult than needed in the modern era. Very poor internal digital systems for a company of such stature.
