Pros

Really? Not much. Tax the hell out of us on commission and salary checks combined. Blamed it on tax law but that’s never been an issue with our former owner. Middle management works hard to make sure in store managers are blamed and criticized for every single thing we do. We have so little time to do our actual jobs we are judged on between training, meetings, and job justifiers stopping by to visit or setting up a teams call to waste more of our time. No one helps, they just point out the flaws and back to managers to fix everything. Frankly, the pay doesn’t match the work load. You want us busting our butts for 100k. That isn’t enough. This company is abysmal.

Cons

Upper management is clueless on daily operations. VPs know what’s going on but can’t help us because you are not allowed to give real feedback, Holman only wants kool aid answers. Give any feedback to corporate, they don’t want it. Goes right back to the store to correct the issues. Everything is the stores fault. The managers are on the hook for everything. Micro managed by a million different departments. This place is a nightmare.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, strong career progression as there is often room for growth, opportunity for improvement of skills, transferrable skills, high visibility and cross functional collaboration, real impact on client experience.

Cons

Lack of healthy boundaries, high workload with limited recognition, I consistently go above expectations without reward, a lot of the work is reactive instead of proactive, the role is less strategic than I am personally capable of, your success heavily depends on other teams that are not as self-driven as you may be, often given more work over others because management knows you will handle it which can lead to quick burnout.
