Pros

Occasional free treats/snacks, meals to celebrate holidays, won't rake you over the coles for being >15 min late. The 15 min breaks are nice also.

Cons

Where do I start? The company motto is that the employees come first- this is simply not true. The people making the company money come first. Dealerships are not held accountable for any deadlines so the accounting staff gets to pick up the slack and work 12 hour days to close the month. The lack of communication between management and staff is obvious, one day you'll be promised something and management will go back on their word in regards to raises, promotions, ect. You will only be promoted if you kiss up to the right people. HR is sketchy too and definitely doesn't have anyones best interest in mind from the stories I've heard.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, strong career progression as there is often room for growth, opportunity for improvement of skills, transferrable skills, high visibility and cross functional collaboration, real impact on client experience.

Cons

Lack of healthy boundaries, high workload with limited recognition, I consistently go above expectations without reward, a lot of the work is reactive instead of proactive, the role is less strategic than I am personally capable of, your success heavily depends on other teams that are not as self-driven as you may be, often given more work over others because management knows you will handle it which can lead to quick burnout.
