Pros

The biggest pro is the people that work at Holman Parts! Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. The culture at Holman Parts makes it impossible not to feel invested in the success of your co workers and the company. This is due to the supportive leadership team that is in place. There aren't may businesses where you will find the President of the company walking around a warehouse saying good morning to everyone and making sure her staff is happy, however at Holman Parts this is the norm! I strongly believe the culture of a company starts from the top and is contagious. Holman Parts leaderships team does an amazing job of maintaining their culture. Also, the staff is very tenured so there is a huge opportunity to learn from industry professionals that have been in their automotive industry for their whole career. Some of the staff have worked for Holman for 50 years!!! The tenure alone speaks for how great this company is to work for.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons. Holman Parts is a great place to learn and growth. Even if you feel you are ready for something else, the leadership team will help you find a new position within Holman Parts or at one of their partner companies.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, strong career progression as there is often room for growth, opportunity for improvement of skills, transferrable skills, high visibility and cross functional collaboration, real impact on client experience.

Cons

Lack of healthy boundaries, high workload with limited recognition, I consistently go above expectations without reward, a lot of the work is reactive instead of proactive, the role is less strategic than I am personally capable of, your success heavily depends on other teams that are not as self-driven as you may be, often given more work over others because management knows you will handle it which can lead to quick burnout.
