      Management is completely unorganized, Company preferred loyalist over merit, Job can be difficult physically and mentally, Long hours, poor equipment.

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end
