Not enough to outweigh the cons

Cons

Unprofessional, Originating and Processing staff lack experience. Loan Processors barely speak English yet alone read English. Owner allows loans to close without having underwriting conditions in loan file, which effects the Underwriter when loans are audited by Investors or HUD.

Pro was leaving the company asap because it’s being run to the ground

Cons

CEO inherited this business and I pray to my God that he will avenge all the people she has mistreated over the years. Completely unacceptable unprofessional environment. Just a spoiled brat who never had to work for anything in her life and treats people with so much disrespect.
