Pros

Get to meet lovely people who really need your help.

Cons

This company has been putting clients and employees in danger for quite some time and nothing has be brought to light as I believe the company DELETES all negative reviews. The pay is very low, they do not pay mileage, they expect you to drive for an hour (30 mins both ways) to a 3 hr shift. You will tell them your availability and they will continuously ask you to work other hours. They do not update client info in their care plan, so when you arrive you are supplied with the wrong information on the client, putting the client AND yourself in danger. Clients have been left alone for hours due to scheduling conflicts. (They will tell you that they will have someone there for 7 am but schedule them for 8, then making the excuse they did not have someone available) You must give a 24hr notice to cancel or else you’ll be charged, yet they can cancel on you anytime. My daughter worked for this company briefly and they did not set her up success. They require no experience and give 0 training and send you on your way. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT hire this company, if you already have, please be careful and report complaints on a higher level for something to be done.

Pros

Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.

Pros

Matched clients with same interests

Cons

Not good scheduling manager HR lied When they said $1 per mile when transporting clients, they did NOT reimburse at that rate Payroll/paystubs unclear to intentionally confuse caregivers CarePros who have been loyal to the company have been shat on with lower wages than new-hire employees. They allow clients to be racially biased and hateful towards their caregivers NO BENEFITS and things they advertise are not true! No real flexible schedule that they promote and promise in the job ads NO policy written for things that are unclear for example being on call phones are not provided and time is not paid for unless actively providing cares Management will tell lies to the families about why you don't want to be with a certain client every day of every week and will blame it on them being a difficult client when communicating to the family when in reality schedules and availability with classes does not align. Even with proper notice, the scheduling manager will have attitude and try to convince you that you are the one with the problem even though she does not care to take the time to fully understand each persons preferences or availabilities.
