Pros

They show respect to employees at all times. They know and feel family sometimes comes first and they are willing to work with you on what or how much time you need off. They give excellent training. They never let you walk into a bad situation without warning. They are always easy and willing to talk to you about clients or caregivers if situations come up.

Cons

Sometimes they need help and i feel bad when I say I cant work because of plans that were made for that day/weekend. The long Hours and dayswith no time off in two weeks gets tireing sometimes.

Not good scheduling manager HR lied When they said $1 per mile when transporting clients, they did NOT reimburse at that rate Payroll/paystubs unclear to intentionally confuse caregivers CarePros who have been loyal to the company have been shat on with lower wages than new-hire employees. They allow clients to be racially biased and hateful towards their caregivers NO BENEFITS and things they advertise are not true! No real flexible schedule that they promote and promise in the job ads NO policy written for things that are unclear for example being on call phones are not provided and time is not paid for unless actively providing cares Management will tell lies to the families about why you don't want to be with a certain client every day of every week and will blame it on them being a difficult client when communicating to the family when in reality schedules and availability with classes does not align. Even with proper notice, the scheduling manager will have attitude and try to convince you that you are the one with the problem even though she does not care to take the time to fully understand each persons preferences or availabilities.
