Cons
Management is everything. I was hired and mentored by an amazing owner who empowered me to grow the business. I must have done a too good of job growing our client hours by nearly 20% in less than a year which allowed the owner to sell to a new multi-franchise group. Unfortunately the leadership and acquisition plan under the new owner was non-existent. The new hyper controlling management environment destroyed the culture we had built and the remote management took all the personal touch out of a business with 20 years of history in this community. They are building a good machine, but will not have the personal impact on clients and their employees.
