      Pros

      I really enjoyed working for TJMaxx and Homegoods. I was moved quickly to coordinator and enjoyed meeting people. First Management type experience that gave me a leg up quickly in other positions early on in my career.

      Cons

      Retail hours are hard, and dealing with callouts with younger employees can be tough. Coordinators had to fill the gap.

      Pros

      My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

      Cons

      This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
