Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule Decent benefits package Dedicated staff

Cons

Multi billion dollar company currently running the stores with minimal staff / hours. The companies top priority is the credit card and there is way too much emphasis on selling these high interest rate credit cards. The staff is burned out and stressed out. Current expectations at the store level are unrealistic.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
