Pros

The pay is decent. The lunches are nice as well as the breaks.

Cons

There was very little talk about how much work I would have to bring to the table during the setup of the new store. I was hired in for a position, that was vaguely gone over with me. and for two whole weeks, it has been doing full-time physical labor for the same pay, which is work that is definitely worth more. The management is poorly coordinated and communicated throughout the store during the opening. I am still not fully trained in my position and we open in less than one week.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
