Pros

company offers ways to advance up through training. Home Goods is nation wide and in other countries as well. your able to use your customers service skills on a day to day basis. merchandise coordinators get set 30 hours per week no more or no less, this position offers benefits.

Cons

salary raise is once every year, $0.15-$0.30 depending on your work performance through out the year. 30 hours per week is the minimum work hours and you must have open availability.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
