      There are a good amount of opportunities for growth with the company if you are a hard worker. The company is growing and has a good business model for future growth.

      Cons

      Working for a large corporation has its challenges. There is a very specific way to do things so there is little room for independent thinking. New ideas take a lot of time to put in place if they are accepted at all.

      Pros

      My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

      Cons

      This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
