Pros

Overall an interesting place to work, I enjoy meeting the new people and sometimes having the chance to learn something new. You get the chance to move around while working, so if you are the type of person that doesn't like to stay still for too long well there you go. Management can be quite flexible/understanding most times which I appreciate seeing as school is my main priority. The employee community within the store can be somewhat close at times and gives you the chance to make good work friends that you can at times rely on.

Cons

Of course there are those rude customers that don't want to acknowledge the fact that somethings we do because of policy, and even in some cases they want to complain about the most ludicrous things even though it isn't the first time they've been to the same or any other store location. There is not that much opportunity at all to move up in a company unless you are a Full-time employee. IMO, there isn't that much recognition when you bust your butt doing such heavy tasks to help customers out (which I understand I must do since it is my job). I wish there were more of a chance to move up in the company. For the work you do I don't think only 8/hour is that good, especially when you put in more effort.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
