Pros

Zero stress, friendly and fun environment, and autonomy as a coordinator. Good benefits if you are lucky to get a FT position.

Cons

Beyond low wages no matter what your educational background or work experiences are. The level of physical work is in imaginable, especially considering the compensation. The company return policy is so liberal (professional shop lifter's dream) that it is widely taken advantage of to absurd levels. They are not very selective in their hiring practices.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
