Pros

If you've never worked retail and you want experience it might be a good start for a teenager. However, they only start at minimum wage so I'm sure you can find any other store that would be willing to hire you for more. If you are really desperate for a job and it's the only option you have then I'd say it's a fine job until something better comes along.

Cons

They expect way too much for a minimum wage job. They constantly push you to work faster and never give credit for hard work. They're really cheap and when I was given a promotion it was only an increase of $1.50.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
