Not too hard, ?. It seems the store I work in they are fairly accommodating when requesting time off as long as you put it in when its something like two week) . %10 ( I know its not much..but at least it something) If you want more hours, ask them and let them know.
Cons
If you change your availability to smaller window, they may give you less hours.
