Pros
I like a few of my coworkers. Once in awhile we get cake or snacks
Cons
They don't give full timers enough hours to keep their benefits or to get their vacation time. Have to keep at a 30 hr average and most of the full timers are at 28. The part timers are at 27... How is that fair? Also they don't tell the coordinators what their department is. But then complain to other associates that they aren't doing it correctly.
