Pros

Management is friendly, and it's easy to work your way up in the company. HomeGoods is growing and loves to promote from within.

Cons

As it is a "retail" job, there are a vast amount of fellow associates that do not work, and instead of talking to those who don't, management expects more and puts more on those associates who do. It can get very tiresome.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
