Pros

Pretty decent discount, friendly staff, easy retail job, simple pos system, easy to learn, fairly pleasant atmosphere, not much to do besides ring people up and fix up the store. Good for future references, not good for permanent positions

Cons

Favoritism, not many part time hours, the pay isn't all that great though and there's a lot of obnoxious housewives to deal with constantly that will frequently buy things then return them the same day. Some of the customers are very entitled and will be rude if you do not immediately accommodate them. Boring and tedious especially when it's slow. Also the systems are outdated

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
