Pros

There's always something to do here so you're never bored. Time flies every shift because you definitely get your steps in. Pretty physical as you are constantly restocking shelves or moving product to make room for more. Flexible schedule and friendly people to work with.

Cons

Always messy. No room for more products. Management tells you to just "stuff it in". Always short staffed. Too many highschoolers who don't care. Customers are rude and will make a mess as you clearly watch and expect you to clean it up without a "sorry". My store in particular was remodeled but still need new phones (only a few work at all). If you're on the floor, you're always interrupted to backup the cashiers so "flowing" rarely gets done. Nobody knows what products come in until they get unboxed from the back room. Backroom is always messy and dangerous with boxes piled high... it's like a maze walking thru with the possibility of something falling on you. I've been there about a year and my motivation and care started decreasing... time to go.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
