Pros

I believe in the store....what they have to offer the customer, the deals, the savings, the products. People are so happy, excited, and thrilled to have us hear in Austin. It's exciting to be part of that.

Cons

Since the store opened in Oct. we have had a complete management turn over. All three of our original managers/asst. managers have left. The manager leaving even before they had someone to replace him. You are expected to do quiet a few different jobs depending on how many people are scheduled...which seems to be never enough. Always cutting back on hours and then never having enough people to work. And after my last review I was hopeful to get decent raise, I got a good review but was shocked at a lousey .19 cent raise. They do not value there employees on any level.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
