HomeNet is fast-paced and growing, so things are always changing. If you chat with the many tenured employees, they are very passionate about HomeNet and keeping its unique, non-corporate culture, even though it’s part of Cox Automotive. There’s a casual dress code, monthly lunches, potlucks, unlimited soda, team building events to give back to the community and an overall family like atmosphere. The medical benefits are very affordable, even for family coverage. There’s 401k with company match and they even have pension! I love HomeNet because it has a small company feel, but we get the benefits of a large corp.
