Hi there, First off, thank you for being so honest in your review. As you will know, we have been on a journey to change who we are, particularly following on from the negative reputation that the business had and it's great to read you feel we're heading in the right direction. When it comes to the culture change and putting our Customers first, this is something that will continue to grow/change as time goes on, which is why you've more than likely heard Greg or Martin talk about us being on a 'journey'. As many teams within the organisation will have their own targets and goals there is more than likely going to be some level of competition between them, however this isn't intended to detract away from the idea that the Customer is at the heart of everything we do. Hopefully the feeling of teams being disjointed isn't a lasting feeling but if you do have any concerns, you're more than welcome to come and have a chat with any one of us or pop along to see Greg.
