Pros
I have been with HomeServe for 7 years now, what started out as a 6 week temping job has turned into a career. I can truly say this has been the best place I have worked with some amazing People. I'm not going to lie and say it's always been good, but we made mistakes and we fixed them. Oh boy did we fix them, Our Customers and People are at the heart of what we do on a daily basis. We are lead from the top by an amazing Senior Management team who have an open door policy and the CMO regularly makes time for 1-2-1 with everyone (I've had 2 so far) Everyone really does have a voice, the benefits are great and we get regular updates on the business.
Cons
i honestly don't have any cons to report. The Management took all the previous issues on board and addressed them.
