I had the joy of working with a great team who helped me settle into my role quickly from the start. Although my role was only a temp contract for 6 months I felt like I had known them for a while. When you work with a great team of people it helps you to undertake your role with ease. I felt I was able to complete my daily workload quickly and efficiently because of who I had around me.

Cons

Managers to have a interest in team members to help with development.
