I have worked in the company for a number of years and in different frontline positions but working within Supply Chain has been the best team I've worked for, we have a passionate manager who always strives to get the best out of us and as a dept we are achieving some great results and making some good improvements, the company has changed massively communication is open and the management team are all very approachable. We have cascades, roadshows and a live red sofa broadcast and it was great to see our manager with the CEO last week. I like how we are encouraged to continually look at ways we improve and able to share our views and ideas. My roles offers challenge and no one day is the same.
