I joined the company nearly 5 years ago as a Customer Service Manager. I’ve been promoted 3 times, worked in 3 different places in the UK and have never felt more trusted by leaders to do the right thing. I’m a normal guy from a humble background, I have to pinch myself sometimes when I think about what I’m doing at the moment. This is down to having people leading our company truly caring about their people and enabling them to develop their career, I’m not the only one. The Chief Operating Officer is the person who has been a champion of me throughout the last two years and I’m truly grateful. That said the CEO, Chief Risk Officer, People Director, Transformation Director, Commercial Director and many others have all shown a keen interest in my progression. I’ve learnt a lot in my time so far and looking forward to another 5 years! This is a people focussed company with leaders at the helm who only have the best interests of its Employees and Customers at heart, that I am sure of.

Not a con for me but you don’t enjoy innovation, change and a fast pace then this isn’t the company for you.
