8yThank you for taking the time to post a review and for your kind words about the culture at HomeServe, which is something I definitely agree with. I’d also hope you recognise HomeServe has an open and transparent culture, one which encourages feedback and two-way conversation.
To this point, your feedback would have been useful with some context and it also would have been nice to have had the opportunity to discuss this with you before you left. I'm with you that change is required and we are making some pretty critical changes to our systems, for example, to move us forward. We'll have to agree to disagree about the implementation of these changes however.
I’m sorry that you decided to leave, but again as you point out, change is often required and it sounds as though you had come to the end of your time with us.
