Cons
A little bit of uncertainty amongst staff recently following some redundancies. Unfortunately there's plenty of staff who don't share the company's values when it comes to speaking with our Customers. If People followed processes and kept Customers up to date as they promised, the complaints would be reduced significantly. It's frustrating for the ones who always do their best.
