Thanks for your review. I'm taking a punt here that you are in Preston because you've referenced the refurbishment that our offices are currently having. If I'm wrong, please let me know however, if you are then please take the time to come and see me about the concerns you have expressed. I agree with you that positive feedback is a really important part of how we work together; equally, constructive feedback about how we can do things better is extremely valuable and, delivered in the right way, can be really beneficial. Also personal and career development should absolutely be part of any conversations about about how we are performing and how we want to shape our futures in the business.
