Pros
There is a good focus on development and progression, great environment to work in with colleagues being recognised for their hard work and long service. Working time is flexi so there is a great work/life balance and you can do summer hours on a Friday without issue.
Cons
Salary is not in line with other companies (for my job, cannot comment on others) but this could change with the bandings that came into place last year. Progress can be slow with new software/systems.
