I returned to HomeServe after 3 years away to spend time with my children while they were small. With them both at school it seemed the right time to return and HomeServe welcomed me back earlier this year, very supportive of me wishing to achieve the right work-life balance with part-time and flexible working. There are high expectations from a relatively small team which means we work really hard - it's not an easy ride but hard work is rewarded.
