We talked a lot to our Engineers last year about how they were paid and as a result of that, through a project called Trust Pay, we moved away from incentive and productivity driven pay schemes in favour of a flat pay structure. We've changed the way we pay our Engineers to empower them to give the best Customer service possible. Trust Pay means just that, we trust our Engineers to use their professional judgment. They can spend the time on each job that they think it needs, so they can do their best work and give the Customer the best experience, without having to always think about what that might do to their pay.
