Recognition is a really important part of our culture at HomeServe and we have so many ways in which we do it, from MVP, to e-Cards, to STAR Awards, to recognition teas, to name a few. We deliberately moved away from incentive schemes through our Fair Pay project last year to allow our People to concentrate on delivering effortless service for our Customers and because we believe it's the right thing to do. We are committed to helping our People progress and move around the organisation into different jobs and areas and have put lots of things in place to support that so make sure you take a look.
